We have limited availability of private studio space, and sometimes we must travel just for your lesson. Please provide us with 24 hours’ notice of a cancellation or change of appointment. (See below for cancellation terms and conditions). We are then able to offer your cancelled time to someone else.
Payments
We accept cash when paying in person, or you may wish to pay with bank transfer. Please ask us for our bank details, if required.
Packages:
Packages are payable in full at your first lesson. To ensure availability, package lesson times must be booked in advance - at least one at a time. Package lessons must be completed within a 6mths timeframe from the date of your first lesson.
Cancellations:
If you give us less than 4 hours’ notice of a cancelled appointment, or fail to show for your lesson, you will forfeit that pre-paid package lesson, or you may be required to pay the full amount of the lesson. If we are given a reasonable amount of notice - ideally 24 hours but at least 4 hours - we are happy to reschedule your appointment time without any penalty.
Refunds on package lessons:
There is no refund on wedding package lessons if you are unable, or choose not to, continue with the lessons. We will instead credit you with a lesson voucher for the remaining lessons outstanding. please contact us direct to discuss options.
